The Box Office Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Box Office, utilizing Ticketmaster ticketing software for all event creations and reports, and maintaining all Box Office policies and procedures. This individual will manage, supervise, and coordinate all activities of the Box Office. The Box Office Manager is responsible for ensuring a customer-friendly operation and the accuracy of all ticketing set-ups, communication, and reporting to clients and internal facility departments. This position will create and maintain relationships with event promoters and producers as well as customers, clients, and users of the facility.
