Gutter Helmet of Northern Arizona is looking for an Office Manager to join our team. Gutter Helmet is a 40 year old Gutter protection/cover.

Sales and Construction office. In bound calls for estimates. Gutter Helmet NAZ advertises on TV, Radio, Newspapers and thousands of in home mailings. Setting up estimates is the drive of this position. Approximately 15-25 estimates per week. We use various computer programs, QuickBooks and google drive to track sales and production.

Your most important qualification? Your ability to communicate effectively with the customers! as well as, the owner and rest of the team.

You will be the communication hub of our team - documenting and communicating everything that occurs. Our customers are primarily seniors - your ability to comfortably and graciously communicate with customers on the phone is VITAL

Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator required. A successful Office manager should have experience with a variety of office software (Microsoft Excel and Google Drive) and be able to excel at administrative duties. Ability to take control of and improve upon current office systems will ensure your position as an invaluable team member and provide opportunities to self manage and earn more.Gutter Helmet of Northern Arizona is looking for an Office Manager to join our team.


  • Schedule phone appointments according to a scripted conversation
  • Process customer payments
  • Process independent contractor payments
  • Update bookkeeping and Quickbooks daily
  • Organize the office layout as needed
  • Purchase equipment and track vendor payments
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Provide phone support to existing customers as needed
  • Communicate with owner several times a day


  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • High School degree; additional experience as an Administrative assistant
