Responsibilities:

Preparation of a wide variety of menu items according to prescribed recipes.
Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely manner.
Provide proper food transportation, plate-up and portion control.
Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment.
Consistently maintains standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavor of foods.
Works closely with all Residents and staff members and vendors.
Stock Supplies and additional tasks as assigned.
Ability to maintain a sanitary environment and comply with safety standards.
Assist as needed with washing dishes, silverware, pots, pans and equipment after each meal
Experience and Requirements:
Working at an Assisted Living or Nursing Home as a Cook: 1 year (Preferred)
Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help you obtain)
Food Handler Certification (need to have within 30 days after employment)

Work Schedule:
Full-Time. Part-time. Days. Evenings. Weekends. Variable Hours.'
