The Host Co. is looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Short-Term 
Rental Property Manager to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced

As a Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of vacation homes throughout Northern 
Arizona, ensuring each property is maintained to the highest standards while providing 
outstanding service to homeowners and guests. 
What You'll Do 
• Manage a portfolio of vacation rental properties. 
• Conduct routine property inspections and quality assurance checks. 
• Coordinate cleaning crews, maintenance vendors, and contractors. 
• Respond promptly to guest questions and resolve issues professionally. 
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through proactive communication. 
• Ensure homes are guest-ready before every arrival. 
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency situations. 
• Monitor inventory and order household supplies when needed. 
• Assist with onboarding new properties. 
• Help maintain five-star guest experiences and owner satisfaction.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented. 
• Excellent at multitasking and prioritizing. 
• Comfortable making decisions independently. 
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with guests and homeowners. 
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly. 
• Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable. 
• Able to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
Preferred Qualifications 
• Experience in property management, hospitality, hotel management, or vacation 
rentals. 
• Customer service experience. 
• Basic knowledge of home maintenance or construction is a plus. 
• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation. 
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform routine property inspections.
