Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Contractor with an active Arizona ROC license to install custom window treatments. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with consistent work for the right partner. You will represent our brand in clients’ homes and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional final product.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally install a variety of window treatments (shades, blinds, drapery hardware, etc.)

  • Accurately measure, mount, level, and adjust treatments

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on site

  • Maintain clean, respectful job sites and protect clients’ homes

  • Represent our company with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Complete installations efficiently while meeting high quality standards

Requirements

  • Active Arizona ROC license (required)

  • Proven experience installing window treatments

  • Reliable transportation and professional tools

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Professional appearance and ethical work ethic
