We are a growing integrative medical clinic looking for an energetic person to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, enjoys building strong patient relationships, and loves to learn!

 

Job Summary:

  • Schedule: Wednesday- Friday (open for discussion), 10:00am-5:00pm. Starting part-time, with possibility of moving to full-time within 6 months.
  • Benefits: We currently do not offer a benefit package; however, we offer in-house medical benefits for employees after 3 months of employment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide patients with Primary Care and/or Urgent Care in both a clinic and home setting.
  • Perform initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observations.
  • Order and administer diagnostic tests.
  • Communicate test results to patients and their families.
  • Record patient medical histories in EHR.
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment.
  • Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff, and patient information.
  • Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities.
  • Assist physicians as needed.

    Background/Screening:

    • All employees at Arizona Healthcare Freedom are subject to undergo a background check prior to hire.
    • Employment is contingent upon satisfactory outcome of screening required of this position.

    Required:

    • Passionate about healthcare excellence.
    • Valid license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility issues.
    • Willingness to work in close quarters with a physician and/or nurse and Therapy Dog.
    • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
    • Strong initiative to complete tasks with a self-motivated personality.
    • Excellent communication skills, with all staff members and patients.
    • Superior customer service - confident personality, ability to build relationships, help patients feel cared for, understood and heard.

    Preferred:

    • BLS and ACLS certification.
    • Experience with IV nutritional therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and/or regenerative medicine.
    • Extra bonus points if you have experience with integrative medicine!
