Registered Financial Assistant

Schott Financial Management is a full service, independent brokerage firm located in the beautiful mountain community of Prescott, AZ. Steve Schott, the lead advisor and owner of the business, is a registered securities representative. The Firm offers portfolio analysis, securities trading, annuities, life insurance, estate planning and a variety of other services. This position is expected to support the representative to cultivate relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Account Servicing
• Place trades upon instruction from representative or clients
• Problem resolution through effective personal and written communication skills
• Account transition servicing
• Monitoring and transaction follow-up.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 license
• 2 years minimum experience as a registered assistant
• Excellent technology skills
• Ability to learn and problem-solve
• Must concede to a background check
• Service and detail oriented
• Team player
