The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Associate to join our team. Key Duties:

• Sales Expertise: Utilize your product knowledge and passion for Native American art to drive sales, ensuring customers find pieces that resonate with their preferences and stories.
• Order Fulfillment: Process online orders with precision and care, from the initial receipt to the final stages of packaging and shipping.
• Communication Skills: Handle email correspondence professionally, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless communication flow.
• Inventory Management: Assist in the maintenance of store presentation and inventory accuracy, ensuring all items are displayed attractively and are readily available.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of Native American jewelry and art.
• Proven experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, with a particular requirement to work Sundays.
• Basic computer skills for processing online orders and managing email correspondence.
