About Us: The Prescott Chamber of Commerce is a dynamic organization dedicated to promoting and supporting local businesses and fostering a vibrant community. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Event Laborers to assist in the clean-up and organization of various community events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and teardown of event spaces, including tents, tables, chairs, and signage.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of event areas throughout the duration of events.
• Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables during and after events.
• Collaborate with event organizers and fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient event flow.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing attendee inquiries and assisting with their needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure environment for all event participants.

Qualifications:

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to adhere to event schedules.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in event support or a similar role is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the success of community events.

Schedule: This is a seasonal, part-time position with flexible hours based on event schedules. Weekends Required and some evenings required.
